Automatic Loyalty Reward Discounts

Starting today, February 2, 2024 - We have instituted our new loyalty program. It's designed to simplify the marketing gimmicks used by businesses to encourage you to buy things when sales are in a slump through one off sales, or one-time discounts on an order after you've spent so much money. I want to reward you every time you come back and trust us with your business. So, what does this mean going forward?

• No more sales throughout the year. This program will ensure you always save money when you come back and shop with us. 
• The "repeatorder" discount code, giving you 5% off your order, will work for those who haven't quite made it to a tier level but have shopped with us before. You must use the code on checkout though, it's not automatic and we will not retroactively apply it after an order is placed.
• My random streaming discount codes will continue to work, but will be limited to 10 uses, once per customer. They can't be stacked with automatic discounts or the repeat order discount.

The discounts are tier based and setup as follows:

• Platinum Tier - 15% off all orders. Customers who have spent and had over $1500 worth of products fulfilled. 
• Gold Tier - 12.5% off all orders. Customers who have spent and had over $1000 worth of products fulfilled.
• Silver Tier - 10% off all orders. Customers who have spent and had over $500 worth of products fulfilled.
• Bronze Tier - 7.5% off all orders. Customers who have spent and had over $100 worth of products filled.

Guidelines, Rules, and Rights.

JasensCustoms.com can remove or adjust this program at anytime - its not a guarantee that all discounts and tier levels will remain constant. While we don't intend on changing it, unforeseen business circumstances may arise that require adjustment and notification of changes will be made public. Some items may be omitted from the program; this will be stated as such on the product listing. It's up to the customer to verify automatic discounts are applied before making a purchase. Discounts will not be retroactively applied. Tier levels, discounts, and order history are based on orders placed on the current Shopify website only (late 2023); orders from the previous WooCommerce site or past iterations of JasensCustoms.com are not and will not be included.
